I am husband to my wonderfully intelligent wife Melinda and lover of cats in general (and one little black cat in particular - Satie), a high school social science teacher, a sessional tutor in tertiary education, a community activist for youth-adult partnerships, and a PhD candidate at the University of Sydney. A Christian with tendencies toward reformational and liberation theologies as well as traditional liturgical practices. As a democratic experimentalist in the footsteps of my intellectual forebear Roberto Unger (Roscoe Pound Professor of Law, Harvard University), I consider my modus operandi to be practical innovation and institutional experimentalism for the betterment of the common good. My personal inclinations are biased in favour of the creativity of human persons beyond social and institutional 'normality', and my temperament and convictions are revolutionary.
